Reflection on GENEROSITY SPEAKS!

So Peter rose and accompanied them. And when he had arrived, they took him to the upper room. All the widows stood around him, crying and displaying tunics, and other garments such as Dorcas was accustomed to make while she was with them (Acts 9:39).

Nothings lasts longer like good deeds! Nothing is so everlasting like noble acts.  Human lives may pass away, but generous works never pass away.
Dorcas was dead, but her good deeds were speaking for her. She was lying lifeless, but the works of charity she did were pleading earnestly for her. The presences of charitable works were making an outcry to God for miracle.
The widows gathered around the corpse of Dorcas, making an earnest intercession before God with the good works of Dorcas. The impact she made among the helpless ones was speaking before God. The outcry of the needy brought her back to life.
Generosity speaks! Your good works will speak at the moment of lack and difficulties! Your good record will prove you right before God.
Within our brief sojourn in this life, endevour to leave behind you, good deeds that will speak for you! Whatever good you contribute to the lives of others will never die. Your generous works will be ever speaking for you before God.
